Wooden stairs are popular, especially in the private home builders decide for the sustainable and renewable raw material wood when connecting living levels and floors. The sanded wood can also be adapted to the individual wishes of the occupants using varnishes, waxes or oils.
What wooden stairs have in common, regardless of the type of staircase and wood finish, is that the steps are smooth. Elderly people, small children and even pets are therefore in constant danger of slipping when using the stairs.
GriP anti-slip coatings eliminate this risk of slipping and do not change the warmth and natural appearance in the least. The anti-slip coating is transparent and can only be perceived as somewhat shiny in certain light conditions.
