Ceramic tiles of showers and shower rooms with anti-slip treatment.
Tiled shower floors can be laid to measure and are comfortable to walk on. Especially angled shower areas or multiple showers in sports facilities are shower tiles an advantage that these allow an individual architecture.
The Bewegungszentrum Mainz is a fitness studio with a large wellness area. Already 9 years ago GriP anti slip was applied in the shower areas. After the long period of use, the management decided to renew the coating.
The old coating was removed and a new application was sprayed on using GSAG spay system. While the old coating was only certified with slip resistance class C, our current anti slip coating has additionally slip resistance class R11. Due to continuous product development by our engineers, SWISSGRiP coatings are also antimicrobial according to ISO 22196 and are dirt-repellent and easy to clean due to our GriP lotus effect.
