Glass bridge with non-slip SWISS GRIP Coating.

A glass bridge was slippery when wet. With SWISS GRIP floor coating the bridge is slip-safe even when wet.

MLP AG is a German corporation providing financial services. The company that is based in Wiesloch is specialized on personal financial planning advisory and has more than 1500 Employees. The glass bridge on the premises was slippery when wet. With SWISS GRIP non-slip floor coating the bridge became slip-safe even by rain.

One knows glass bridges above all from reports from China where transparent bridges are booming and give the free view plus thrill into the abyss. But also in Europe glass bridges become more and more popular.

On the company premises in Wiesloch there is a pond, over which a walkable glass bridge leads. Moisture and wetness, however, caused the glass bridge to become slippery, and slipping accidents were pre-programmed. The aim here was not to boost the adrenaline rush, but to give employees the opportunity to stroll leisurely across the pond. However, the glass floor became slippery when damp. Employees using the bridge were subjected to the involuntary thrill of sliding or slipping on the floor like a slide.

The danger of slipping was averted with GriP anti-slip coating, slip resistance class R11. The bridge is now sure-footed, even in damp and wet conditions. And as a plus for those not free from giddiness, the transparent glass becomes translucent.
